Product Introduction

The double wall pipe is composed of a double layer of soft and flame retardant polyolefin and hot melt adhesive. The outer layer of polyolefin is soft, flame retardant, and shrinks at low temperature. The inner layer of hot melt adhesive can buffer mechanical strain and have strong sealing performance. The main function is to seal, waterproof, anti-corrosion, and prevent air leakage. Mainly used in electronic equipment wiring connections, automotive wiring harnesses, home appliance wiring harnesses, wire and cable branches, metal pipelines, wire and cable repairs, submersible pump wiring, and other occasions that require sealing.
1. Heat shrinkage ratio: 2:1
2. Initial shrinkage temperature: ≥+70 ℃
3. Complete shrinkage temperature: ≥+125 ℃
4. Operating temperature: -45 ℃~+125 ℃
5. Soft and flame retardant outer layer
6. Environmental standards: RoHS
7. Standard color: black (other colors can be customized)
